Fossiloid (フォッシロイド) are dinosaur combat robots from the Yellow Cake used for guarding the nuclear wastes that the company has dumped in various locations in Tokyo. It has reinforced armor and is very agile for a large robot, it runs on liquid hydrogen. Ibara and the group first encountered a Fossiloid in the Roppongi Hills.
